Where In Sussex

So with Rotherfield and Mark Cross bonfire out of the way we move on to the little known Spare Week village bonfire.  Located in the middle of East Sussex, Spare Week are putting on their first bonfire celebrations for some years, with the Spare Week Procession and Parade taking place on 10 October 2009, with all of the societies in Sussex expected to take part, with the exception of Waterloo Bonfire Society in Lewes, who are spoiling the fun by having their fancy dress competition on this night.

Everyone in Sussex is encouraged to take part in spare night, with a map available for those wishing to take part.
