Yesterday was weigh in day and and my weight was 18st 4lbs 13oz - So I have lost over HALF A STONE in 3 weeks!

Wow! That's all I can say lol. The weather this weekend has been stunning; yesterday the mercury hit 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27c) at Herstmonceux Castle here in East Sussex yesterday. I have written about Herstmonceux on here before, as I sometimes drive past on my way to work.
